We are currently hiring a production Lead Hand for our manufacturing team at our St. David Street facility. This is a new operation, so we are looking for someone who can help us build the processes and develop a team from the ground up. We offer competitive wages, benefits, full-time day shifts Monday to Friday, overtime pay, and continuous training.

No college degree or experience is necessary - just the desire to work hard and love what you do.

- Previous experience in developing new products and processes
- Welding, metalworking, and fabrication experience
- Experience in building furniture or durable goods

**What we offer**:

- Full-time day shift, Monday - Friday
- Weekly pay
- Regular hours 7:00am - 3:30pm
- Overtime pay over 40hrs per week

**Salary**: $21.00+ depending on experience
