**Job Title**: Lot Attendant

**Location**: Red Deer Motors

**Job Type**: Full time, Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm with some overtime.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lot Management**: Ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas, maintain the lot's cleanliness and organization.
- Wash and get vehicles ready for pictures.
- Delivery clean sold units.
- Mow lawn in the summer and use the blower pack for snow in the winter.
- Provide general support when needed including moving vehicles off the lot to other locations.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus, but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Drivers license and clean criminal back ground.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.
- Capable of lifting up to 30 pounds as needed. (blower pack)
