The Wash Bay Attendant is responsible for cleaning, detailing, and maintaining the appearance of customer vehicles, new inventory, and used inventory. This individual ensures vehicles are cleaned to dealership standards and ready for customer delivery or showroom presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean exterior of vehicles using pressure washers and other cleaning tools
  • Vacuum and wipe down vehicle interiors, including dashboards, seats, and windows
  • Perform light detailing such as stain removal, trim cleaning, and interior sanitation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of wash bay area and equipment
  • Assist service staff with vehicle move-ins/outs, parking, and lot organization
  • Ensure all vehicles are handled safely and professionally
  • Report any vehicle damage or concerns to Service Management
  • Follow all dealership safety policies and procedures

Qualifications & RequirementS

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to drive automatic and manual transmission (preferred, not mandatory)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working on your feet for extended periods
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous automotive or detailing experience considered an asset
