**Bilingual IT Service Desk Analyst**

**About this opportunity**
The Service Desk Analyst is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the company’s IT systems while providing user support services. This role contributes to the continual operation of our clinics and offices. This role provides day to day support to internal clients while working with other business units executing on projects to better the business.
**Take an inside look at what you’ll do each day**:
- Participate in Phone queue support
- Liaise with Team Lead/Manager to identify barriers to FCR
- Fulfill requests, respond to incidents, manage assets, inc. assigning/reassigning and decommissioning.
**Here’s what you’ll need to be successful**:
- 2-3 years IT Service Desk Experience
- Strong Technical or Governance and Compliance understanding
- Bachelor’s degree, College degree (or equivalent experience) in technology or related field preferred
- ITIL V4 Foundation
- Excellent verbal and written communications in both English and French, interpersonal skills and political acuity
