The **Lean Six Sigma Excellence Leader **will have advanced interpersonal skills, experience working in a similar leadership role, delivering training, and is proficient at promoting change. As a Lean Six Sigma Excellence Leader with Garibaldi Glass, you thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities while leveraging your passion for continuous improvement and leading data driven initiatives on our journey from good to great.
Reporting to the CFO and Executive team, you will be responsible for analyzing data to understand areas which require improvement and lead implementation of changes needed in those areas using Continuous Improvement (CI) tools.
**Your Responsibilities Will Include**:

- Lead the Process Improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities for improvement and driving change management activities.
- Analyze data from existing platforms to understand current processes; identify outages and gaps that require improvement.
- Work closely with the IT / IS department to understand ERP and other systems for extraction of financial and non-financial data to develop queries and reports to support ongoing information requirements.
- Provide Executive team with detailed improvement plans for (your) assigned areas that will support Executive team in planning, decision making and executing (long term production plans)
- Setup and maintain processes that will hold individuals accountable for monitoring, investigating and implementing corrective actions in achieving KPI targets
- Provide assistance to departments to improve their performance and efficiency
- Recommend process improvements that maximize efficiencies.
- Organize annual and quarterly corporate strategic initiatives into measurable KPIs cascaded into all areas of the organization
- Develop a reporting structure that communicates the corporate initiatives through KPIs within all levels of the organization
- Work with the Continuous Improvement (CI) Team to incorporate data-based project improvements into current continuous improvement program.
- Develop and deliver training for all new processes.

What You Bring: *
- Expert knowledge of the 6 Sigma Belt, Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement Methodologies.
- 5+ years experienced working within a similar Continuous Improvement Excellence role.
- Influential leadership qualities to motivate change
- Proficient with collecting and analyze data.
- Adept with strategic planning.
- Skilled with project planning and management.
- Capable of identifying and leading improvement projects utilizing project management best practices.
- Strong facilitation and communication skills to collaborate will all levels of the organization.
- Able to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint) strong focus on pulling information out of ERP type systems, importing and analyzing data in Excel.
- Able to establish and build effective and trusting working relationships.
- Manufacturing experience is considered an asset.
