**Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
The primary responsibility of this position is the production of clean windows for clients. Secondary services we offer include power washing, gutter cleaning, and siding. You will receive training in all of these services. Bonus pay is determined by the speed of completion of jobs. Bonuses will not be awarded if jobs are intentionally rushed and not adequately completed.

When not producing, employees are tasked with marketing and selling. Employees earn bonuses based on the number of leads generated.

**Pay structure**:

- You can expect to make $18-$24 an hour based on performance

**Qualifications**:

- Must have the attributes previously listed, or other attributes/skills that will make you excel in the role
- Must be able to transmute to Foster Street, K1Y 3J3 by 7:45 AM
- Must have full-time availability, 35-50 hours a week from May 6th - August 30th
- Previous window cleaning or outdoor home service experience is an asset

Pay: $18.00-$24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week

Schedule:

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

- Driver's License (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Ontario, CA (preferred)
