**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dedicated, experienced and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. You will be responsible for upholding company standards, efficiently completing the day and ensure customer satisfaction. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to manage time effectively, and a proactive approach to cleaning tasks.

**Duties**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, and soft washing.
- Utilize power tools and hand tools as necessary for specific cleaning tasks.
- Conduct heavy lifting when required to move ladders or equipment during cleaning processes.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and ensuring satisfaction with cleaning services.
- Assist with facilities maintenance as needed, reporting any issues or repairs to management.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are in good working condition.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning agents and equipment to ensure a safe working environment.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in residential cleaning is mandatory.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
- Ability to communicate clearly with team members and clients regarding cleaning processes and schedules.
- A proactive attitude towards learning new techniques and improving cleaning efficiency.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
