Welcome to The RGM Group Operating at the intersection of the jewellery and wellness industries, we manage three lively magazines and organize two exciting trade shows. Alongside managing social media for a diverse array of clients, we’re all about making a lasting impact. We're looking for a creative, energetic Content Creator to help our clients' brands shine and resonate with audiences.

Are you a storyteller at heart, both visually and in writing? As a Content Creator with The RGM Group, you’ll engage closely with our graphic team to produce multimedia content that’s not just seen but felt. From creating compelling short videos to insightful articles and vibrant social media content, your creative touch will help shape our brand and those of our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Craft creative content strategies and produce engaging content for social media, including writing captivating captions.
- Develop short video content, write impactful articles, and create eye-catching advertisements with a deep understanding of SEO, hashtags, and tags to maximize visibility.
- Take stunning photos with a good grasp of framing, composition, and the effective use of props.
- Manage social media platforms effectively, understanding the nuances of cross-promotion.
- Pre-plan content calendars, present fresh ideas during weekly debrief meetings, and demonstrate adaptability to shifting priorities.
- Implement instructions diligently, with a hands-on, can-do attitude essential for building memorable brands.
- Maintain strong organizational skills, keeping all original documents and archiving content appropriately.

**Requirements**:

- 6 months to 2 years of content creation experience, preferably in jewellery, wellness or art.
- Proficiency in video production, article writing, and leveraging AI tools for content enhancement.
- Exceptional ability to tell stories visually and verbally, with a knack for crafting memorable content.
- Strong understanding of social media management, SEO, and the strategic use of digital tools like hashtags.
- Photography skills with an eye for detail in visual composition.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player who thrives in collaborative settings.
- Portfolio or samples of work
