We take proven business models from one country and find logical partners in other countries to develop and implement the same concept. Through this process we help deliver new energy products and services to energy consumers.
We are heavily involved in the transition to renewable energy and the reduction of elements that contribute to global warming.
We are looking for an individual to manage our portfolio of opportunities in North and Central America.
You will have had a successful career to date in implementing change into organizations, especially the development of new products and services and their impact on existing operations.
You will be comfortable with large amounts of data, often with conflicting outputs.
You will be able to develop a business plan knowing that there are twenty different ways to achieve an objective and that you may not get it right the first (or second or third) time.
Ideally you will have a working knowledge of the energy industry, especially electricity but this is not critical.
You must be able to work on your own, at least while we are setting up our operations in North America.
Travel will be frequent within the territory you manage and sometimes overseas to other offices.
Our core operations are in New Zealand so there will be some out of hours contact required on a regular basis.
Most importantly you will need a great sense of humor. Our work is challenging, complex, sometimes frustrating but ultimately rewarding. The ability to laugh at yourself and others (appropriately of course) will see you through
**Salary**: $100,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
