Toronto, Canada PSR Brokerage Full time

**Previous experience in a real estate receptionist role is a MUST**

**Responsibilities**:
**Professional Phone Management**:

- Answer all incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Direct calls to the appropriate staff members or take clear and concise messages when necessary

**Appointment Scheduling and Confirmation**:

- Efficiently book and confirm appointments for all office locations as needed

**Listing Management**:

- Input new listing data accurately into our systems
- Update property listings on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) platform
- Upload listings to various real estate boards daily and merge them with current listings in our system (e.g., Broker Bay)

**General Administrative Tasks**:

- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Process deposit cheques and issue receipts as required
- Coordination of lending program items (e.g., Open House Signs, Lockboxes etc.)

**Facilities Coordination**:

- Book and manage meeting rooms or boardrooms for appointments and internal meetings

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a real estate receptionist role is a MUST
- Proficiency in using real estate software and platforms (e.g., MLS, Broker Bay) is highly desired.
- Strong communication skills and professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and administrative tasks.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and occasional daytime shifts based on office needs.
