We are a Vendor of Record for the Government of Ontario and work with clients of all sizes in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors. We serve clients with needs across a broad spectrum including, but not limited to, general management, finance, operations, supply chain, human resources, information technology, communications, marketing, and sales.
We can help you grow your interim, project management and consultancy practice under our established brand, with 35+ other experienced executive Principals.
Our approach to business development is collaborative, with all our Principals sharing the responsibility for generating leads for themselves and each other. Principals work from home offices and their clients' sites across Ontario. Sample assignments include:
- Interim CEO/COO/CFO/CIO of a business
- Interim Executive Director of a not-for-profit agency/organization
- Interim Vice President roles - in Finance, Human Resources, Operations/Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, IT, and Communications/Public Relations
- Strategic Advisor on critical business transitions (mergers, acquisitions, consolidations)
- Governance/Operations/Organization reviews or assessments

**Desired Skills and Experience**
Applicants must have 20 or more years of varied business, non-profit, or public-sector experience in at least 2 organizations, with eight or more years at the executive level (i.e. CEO, Vice President, Executive Director, or other C-level roles). Previous consulting experience, a collaborative style, and excellent networking & business development skills will contribute to your success.
If you are a Human Resources executive, a Certified Compensation Professional designation and the ability to consult on compensation structures, pay equity and complete compensation benchmarking would be an asset.
