**Wanted: Full-Time Medical Receptionist for a busy, fast-paced, community-based Specialist Medical Clinic (6-12 month contract)**

We are in search of a friendly, professional, and capable Medical Receptionist for a full-time position at a very busy Medical Specialist Office.

Please be advised, this is a very fast-paced, busy job, with varying responsibilities day to day. If this is not something you are looking for, this job may not be for you.

- experience with Electronic Medical Records (preferably Accuro)

**Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Greet and arrive patients
- Confirm patient details
- confirming healthcare coverage
- Schedule appointments and procedures for outgoing patients
- Answer phones and direct calls
- Patient correspondence between MOA and doctors, sending and receiving patient documents
- Use of an Electronic Medical Records system (Accuro)
- Schedule appointments
- Book outside appointments for patients (imaging etc.) as requested by the doctor.
- Create and edit patient charts
- Assist physicians with various tasks
- Send, receive, and distribute mail
- Weekly laundry
- Restocking exam rooms
- Monthly inventory
- Ensure waiting room is tidy
- COVID protocol cleaning
- Salary dependent on experience_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Hourly cleaning and sanitizing of facility, mandatory masks for patients and staff, symptom screening of all patients and staff, temporary remote work available as needed, mandatory COVID-19 vaccination (2 doses+) for employees

**Experience**:

- Medical Receptionist: 1 year (required)
- Accuro EMR: 1 year (preferred)
