We are currently seeking **dedicated and compassionate Support Workers** to join our supported living settings. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals looking to make a meaningful impact while developing their careers in the **Developmental Services** or **Child and Youth Work** sectors.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Implement and adhere to individualized care plans and structured daily routines
- Support residents with activities of daily living, including personal care and medication administration
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive home environment
- Effectively manage crisis situations, including the use of physical intervention techniques when necessary
- Document daily activities, incidents, and observations in accordance with agency standards
- Collaborate with families, healthcare providers, and other service professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Provide transportation for residents to appointments or community-based activities using a company vehicle

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Completion of a **recognized two-year post-secondary diploma** in **Developmental Services Work (DSW), Child and Youth Care (CYC), or Social Service Work (SSW)** _(mandatory)_
- Valid **Class G Driver’s License** with clean driving record _(G1 and G2 not accepted)_
- Minimum of **1 year experience** in a residential care setting _(required)_
- Current UMAB (Understanding and Managing Aggressive Behaviour) certification is considered an asset
- Strong crisis management, de-escalation, and interpersonal skills
- Physically able to support residents with mobility needs and perform physical interventions (lifting up to 50 lbs)

**Work Schedule**
- 12-hour rotating shifts
- Availability for day, evening, night, and holiday coverage required
