**Journeyman Carpenter**

**Key Information**:

- ** Must have your Journeyman Carpentry ticket.**:

- ** Ability to read and understand technical guides, drawings and specifications.**:

- ** Hours: Project dependent; minimum 40 hours per week, with overtime necessary during the busy season (April-October)**:

- ** Hourly rate is dependent on experience.**:

- ** Health benefits, pension plan, RRSP matching, vacation pay offered.**
- ** Ability to read and understand technical guides, drawings and specifications.**:

- ** Manual dexterity and ability to use carpentry tools safely.**:

- Able to lift up to 50lbs.
- Comfortable working at heights.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions.

**Experience and Certification Requirements**:

- ** Journeyman Carpentry ticket**required.**:

- ** At least 5 years of carpentry experience.**:

- ** CSTS 09, and WHMIS 2015 are required.**:

- Fall Protection & Rescue, Aerial Platform, Confined Spaces, Rigging/Hoisting and Hand. Signals, and First Aid/CPR certification would be an asset.
- ** A reliable means of transportation is required.**:

- Proficient English language skills required.

**Education**: Journeyman Carpentry ticket or equivalent.
