gravitypope is looking for applicants to fill the key role of Online Fulfillment Specialist, in our Toronto location. The Online Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for online orders processed through Toronto. They help ensure effective sourcing and routing for Toronto-based online orders. They ensure open and clear communication with the Ecommerce department and strive to continuously streamline the fulfillment process to exceed client expectations. They also assist with all other shipping and receiving responsibilities at the store, as needed.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Facilitating order fulfillment through the Toronto location
- Generating packing lists, waybills, and package orders to company standards
- Following up on all web pull requests in a timely manner
- Logging all order updates on Ecommerce Order Smartsheet
- Arranging, organizing, logging, and monitoring in store pickups
- Regularly following up with Edmonton Ecommerce Team about outstanding orders
- Helping Toronto store with organizing and monitoring in store pickups
- Communicating and problem solving with other locations in an open and prompt manner
- Ensuring packing and processing supplies are stocked and ordered as required
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Assisting with product uploads as directed by the Ecommerce Merchandiser
- Other duties to support the Toronto shipping/receiving team as required

**Qualifications**:

- 1 years + of experience in a relatable field such as order fulfillment or shipping/receiving
- Experience with Microsoft Teams and Smartsheets is an asset
- Experience with Shopify and Shipstation is an asset
- Ability to work independently and provide written updates on workflow
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize while ensuring a high quality of work is completed on time
- Flexibility to assist other departments during periods of low online order volume
- Excellent numerate and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail
