Renocon Design Centre is a one-stop-shop for new construction and renovation in both the residential and commercial sectors. We are a young and vibrant design company that creates high-performance, responsible and well-designed interiors. **WHAT YOU HAVE**
- Three (3) years of working experience in a construction documentation role.
- Ability to understand, execute, and create the concepts of a design lead.
- Ability to create aesthetically pleasing, legible, and accessible drawings.
- Ability to create, review, prepare, submit, amend and receive approvals from the City of Vancouver building permit process.
- A strong command of the English language is supported by excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Multitasker with the ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects and be responsive to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Post-secondary education from an accredited institution in Architecture, Drafting, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Highly developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong knowledge of home renovations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong understanding of general management principles.
- Strong drive and proven track record of successfully completing complex projects.
