**Reports To**:Head of Channel and Strategic Partnerships

**Team Description**:
The channel partnership team works with new and existing (point of sale, payment processing, reseller/referral, and technology) companies with the goal of generating sales lead opportunities and/or improving product capabilities.

**Job Summary**:
To form collaborative relationships with partners, build an ecosystem that fuels innovation, creates competitive advantage, and drives additional leads through channel relationships

**Responsibilities**:

- Identifying key partners and building and executing on strategic plans to support key partners as a primary lead source and growth strategy.
- Evaluating, contracting, and launching new partners that align with our Ready objectives, are a market and product fit, and increase our revenue through Lead generation
- Creating operational excellence and efficiency through streamlined processes
- Establishing and optimizing the partnership channel as a key go to market strategy
- Maximizing lead generation through the channel by maintaining the health and growth of existing partners
- Representing the brand in industry events as part of the partner lead generation strategy

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years sales experience (Account Executive, SDR, BDR, Channel and Partner management)
- Knowledge of hospitality industry (POS, restaurants, management) a plus
- Knowledge of payments industry a plus
- Comfortable speaking to both technical and C-suite executives.
- Track record of achieving high partner satisfaction levels and hitting sales targets.
- A strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to lead and manage time sensitive, cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, highly entrepreneurial environment.
- Track record of leading joint sales and marketing plans
- The ability to build new and existing merchant relationships to help them grow, while also identifying mutually beneficial opportunities to drive commercial growth.
- Excellent organizational, presentation, written and verbal skills.
- Passion for building relationships across functions - collaborating with internal and external marketing sales, product, legal and finance teams.
- Success with long, complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

**30-Day Goal**:
Get to know the team, the product, the industry and our strategy

**60-Day Goal**:
Identify and build funnel of reseller and referral opportunities within our compatibility landscape. Reach out to potential opportunities and refine demos and sales calls.

**90-Day Goal**:
Close on initial reseller/referral opportunities and begin to grow/manage accounts. Contribute to overall strategy
