Business Development Specialist

Helcim is looking for a proactive, energetic, and results-driven Business Development Specialist to support our efforts in building and managing key partnerships. If you are a driven salesperson with generalist experience, who loves to cold call, host webinars, and build outstanding presentations and pitches, this is the role for you
You will be part of our Sales team, adding your business development best-practices and experience to drive new growth. You will need to be well-versed on all the different possible ways others can partner with Helcim. You’ll have lots of responsibility, and with it lots of room to bring your creativity and ideas.

What you’ll do:
- Identify and prioritize potential partners, negotiating and establishing mutually beneficial relationships.
- Drive business development initiatives to expand Helcim's presence in new markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify and pursue new opportunities and revenue streams.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their needs and fostering collaboration.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for strategic partnerships.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership based on market intelligence.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships and business development efforts.
Who you are:

- Track record of translating business strategies into actionable plans for partnerships and revenue growth.
- Excellent communication skills for negotiating partnerships, building relations, and presenting ideas.
Your qualifications:
- Proven experience as a business development generalist, with a track record of successfully establishing and managing growth.
- Experience building relationships with senior business leaders.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience closing partnerships.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong aptitude in managing both internal and external relationships and stakeholders.
