As a team player, provides a range of document control to management and project staff with a high degree of professionalism, organization, time management, and confidentiality.

**_Key Accountabilities/Responsibilities/Competencies_**:

- Document Coordination
- Manage and control project related documentation and filing, including safety documentation and meeting minutes.
- Receive, track, and file all incoming and outgoing project drawings, documentation, and packages.
- Ensure that the correct revisions of the drawings and documentation are received and transmitted.
- Issue drawings to the field, client, consultants, and vendors on a timely basis.
- Print and plot sets of construction drawings, specifications, proposals, contracts, O&M manuals, and other printed materials and ensure they are appropriately collated and/or bound as required.
- Administration
- Maintain and keep current project drawing binders in the office and on site.
- Ensure appropriate file structures are established and maintained throughout the duration of a project.
- Prepares documents including presentations, spreadsheets, correspondence, and reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ensure adherence to policies and procedures developed in conjunction with Corporate office.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned or required.
- Assist third party vendors and consultants with technical support on submitting documentation through cloud-based storage system.

**_Qualifications_**:

- Demonstrates honesty and integrity in all business interactions and strives to meet customer needs in a creative and safe manner.
- Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in a related field.
- Post-Secondary Education in a related field. A combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Familiarity with project management.
- Understanding of cloud-based file storage systems would be considered an asset.
- Ability to handle multiple requests and highly time-sensitive tasks while working within a team environment.
- Must possess a high level of organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with special attention to Word & Excel.
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
