Finance Manager

Fair Isle Ford Lincoln automotive dealership is looking for a motivated and team-oriented Finance manager to join our team in Charlottetown, PEI.
**The responsibilities of a Finance Manager include but are not limited to**:
- Offering vehicle financing and insurance to customers and providing them with a thorough explanation of extended warranties and manufacturer and dealership service procedures and policies.
- Seeking new lending institutions and maintaining good working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs.
- Processing financing and leasing deals accurately and securing approval through proper regulated channels (i.e., Ford, bank, etc.).
- Understanding and complying with federal, provincial and local regulations that affect the new and used vehicle and finance departments.
- Training and providing the Sales team with information on finance and lease programs and the benefits of the dealership’s financing and extended service programs.
- Selling warranties, financial and insurance products, and accessories

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Undergraduate degree/diploma, or
- Experience in sales or finance
- Strong background in sales, business, and/or marketing
- Strong computer skills
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Ability to follow process and directions
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability to develop relationships quickly
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks daily
- Possess a desire to succeed and exceed targets
- Experience in the automotive industry would be an asset
- Possess a valid Class 5 driver’s license

**Salary**: $65,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
