The Grain and Bulk Loadout Operator is responsible for operating the load-out systems and ensuring that the product shipped to the customer meets specifications and is food safe.

**Responsibilities**
- Conducting the vessel inspection of railcars and trucks for outgoing food quality products.
- Responsible for ensuring that Rail cars and trucks are sealed accurately
- Perform minor maintenance of equipment as required, manage samples, operating Track-mobile to position rail cars for loading, and completing required documentation.
- Assist other members of the Mill and outside sanitation team with day-to-day tasks or responsibilities.
- Keep the bulk loadout building clean and in compliance with GMP requirements.
- Other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**
- Must have the ability to operate and /or acquire any certifications, licenses etc. in the safe operation of railcars and other related equipment.
- Knowledge/previous experience of plant processing/ grain handling operations including bulk load out systems.
- Must be able to work in a Grain processing environment that exposes staff to allergens such as grain dust.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- High Attention to detail.
- Strong Organization Skills and ability to multi-task.
- Must be able to work at elevated heights and confined spaces.
- Must be comfortable working in an outside environment with exposure to weather extremes.
