Rokhon Bros has been an industry leading service providing with our partner, specializing in Less Than Truckload (LTL) Freight Canada wide, and through its strategic partnerships provides transportation services across North America.

We are currently looking to hire forklift operator Reporting to Manager, this position is responsible for the efficient operation of a high-volume dock within Winnipeg terminal.

Shift Hours will be:
Multiple, TBD

Basic Duties:
Leads and inspires the dock team to achieve operational goals and Productivity

Ensures all dock employees are operating in a safe and efficient manner

Process all inbound loads and daily P&D shipments in a timely manner.

Ensures all outbound loads depart on time and full as per network schedule

Drives revenue growth through accessorial/cubing/reweigh activities

Utilizes the staffing/equipment levels that are aligned with volumes and budget

Provides daily accurate reporting of productivity and activities

Monitors and checks dock processes frequently to ensure quality and compliance

Directs the dock team effectively with clear communication

Develops their lead hands to be ready for growth opportunities

Ensures all resources the dock team requires are available and in working order

Collaborates with other supervisors and managers in the pursuit of continuous improvement

Complies with all Corporate policies and procedures

Qualifications & Experience Required:
Possesses a high level of energy and willingness to learn
- Minimum of 1 to 3 years of transportation and supervisory experience; College or University Degree preferred
- LTL experience must

Demonstrates the ability to adapt well to change

Excellent practical approach to problem solving

Customer service oriented

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

Possesses exceptional personal integrity and strong values

Has the courage and conviction to do “the right thing”

Leads by example, results driven

Need Supervisior for busy LTL transportation warehouse Facility must have years of experience with counterbalance loading and unloading LTL trailers

Will train on multiple shifts

Good knowledge of inbound and outbound trailers

Pay: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 40 per week
