Elite Boxing & Fitness is looking for a passionate, technically skilled, and motivating Boxing Coach to lead group classes for youth (ages 6+) and adults of all skill levels—from complete beginners to advanced athletes.

You’ll be responsible for delivering structured, engaging, and results-driven boxing sessions that blend technique, conditioning, and real coaching. Female coaches are strongly encouraged to apply, as we offer a growing lineup of women’s boxing and fitness classes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead technical boxing classes incorporating stance, footwork, combinations, defense, and ring movement
- Deliver workouts using heavy bag, pad work, partner drills, agility, speed, core, and conditioning training
- Coach youth (beginner to advanced) and adults of varying fitness levels
- Provide clear instruction, real-time corrections, and personalized feedback
- Create a safe, positive, and inclusive training environment
- Monitor athlete progress and adjust drills to meet individual and group needs
- Maintain professional standards and assist in keeping the gym clean and organized
- Communicate effectively with members and, where applicable, with parents

Minimum Qualifications
- Boxing Ontario / NCCP Instruction-Beginner (Level 1) - _Trained_ status minimum
- Valid NCCP number through The Locker (or willingness to obtain prior to hire)
- Current CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior coaching experience with youth and/or group classes
- Competitive or technical boxing background
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong presence in a group training setting
- Female coach preferred to support women’s boxing programs
- Bonus: Experience in fitness instruction or athletic development

Pay: $25.00-$40.00 per hour
