Warehouse Manager – Berlin Packaging Canada Corporation (BPCC) Berlin Packaging Canada Corporation (BPCC) is Canada’s premier supplier of rigid packaging and packaging components. If so, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager , who is responsible for leadership within the warehouse, including staffing, training, and scheduling of all warehouse associates / operators. Key Accountabilities Lead warehouse supervisors and/or staff to maximize team productivity and efficiency. Monitor and enhance individual performance through clearly defined expectations, training, and coaching to achieve desired results. Implement changes in processes to increase efficiency, improve safety and quality, reduce costs, and improve employee engagement. Maintain efficient, accurate and orderly warehouse to sustain all cGMP and ISO Standards. Work with internal groups to service the customer and deliver branch metrics. Establish driven manufacturing cost management with focus on maximizing profitability. Serve as a role model for the employer and employee portions of the Berlin Values. Other tasks as required. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High school diploma or GED required. 3+ years of warehouse experience providing leadership and direction to others preferred. Required to take and pass the Company Forklift Certification program. Demonstrated team leadership with ability to resolve conflict and provide others with feedback, direction, and skill development. High energy, positive attitude, and contributes to a positive team culture. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Detail orientated and ability to analyze/solve problems and make decisions. Self-motivated; reliable, with strong initiative and results orientation. Strong computer skills. Working Environment and Physical Requirements Work is performed in office, warehouse, production environments. Must be able to frequently lift and move boxes weighing up to 20 lbs and occasionally lift and move boxes and/or pallets up to 45 lbs through warehouse environment.
