**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform meat cutting tasks including slicing, dicing, and grinding various types of meat.
- Ensure all meat products are prepared according to company standards for quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the meat preparation area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Package meat products for display and sale, ensuring proper labeling and pricing.
- Assist in inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions about meat products and offering recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations within the department.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in meat cutting or as a butcher is preferred with 1-2 years of experience.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in food preparation.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
