**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Project Management**: Lead and manage end-to-end integration projects, ensuring delivery within agreed scope, timelines, and budgets.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Serve as the key point of contact between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors, ensuring clear communication and alignment of project goals.
- **Business Analysis**: Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables for the development team.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and propose process enhancements to optimize system integration and data flow efficiency.
- **Risk Management**: Identify project risks, dependencies, and issues early, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project continuity.
- **Documentation & Reporting**: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-project evaluations.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager/Business Analyst managing integration projects in complex environments.
- Strong domain knowledge in the Airline or Telecom industry is highly preferred.
- Hands-on experience with system integration, data migration, API management, and process automation.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Confluence).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working cross-functionally with technical teams and business units.
- Ability to work in fast-paced environments, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $59,260.11-$100,000.25 per year
