**Azure Data Engineer (Synapse Specialist)**

**Location: Toronto, ON (Hybrid)**

**Azure Data Engineer (Synapse specialist)**
- 6+ years of experience in Azure data platforms development
- Strong experience in Azure Synapse, Azure Data Bricks, Data Factory, ADLS
- Strong experience in implementation of Data lake, Delta lake, Datawarehouse architecture
- Ingest, explore, prepare, orchestrate, and visualize data.
- Monitor resources, usage, and users across SQL, Spark, and Data Explorer.
- Use Role-based access control to simplify access to analytics resources.
- Write SQL, Spark or KQL code and integrate with enterprise CI/CD processes.
- Build data lakes and data warehouses to support data analytics solutions using Azure Synapse serverless SQL pools.
- Perform data engineering with Azure Synapse Apache Spark Pools.

**Job Type**: Fixed term contract

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Work Location: In person
