**Overview**
**Duties**:
- Oversee daily operations of the retail store, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Manage payroll processes and ensure accurate employee compensation.
- Develop training programs for staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement effective sales management strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Maintain high standards of customer service through effective phone etiquette and direct interaction.
- Handle cashiering responsibilities, ensuring accuracy in transactions.
- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Utilize organizational skills to manage inventory, stock levels, and store displays.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
- Provide bilingual support as needed to enhance customer experience.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role is preferred.
- Strong background in sales management with a track record of achieving targets.
- Experience in training development, showcasing the ability to mentor staff effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of operations.
- Proficient phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
