**Client Experience Coordinator**

**Location**: Toronto, ON (Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 remote)

**Job Type**: Full-time
**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

**Position Overview**:
As a **Client Experience Coordinator**, you’ll play a key role in supporting our advisors and ensuring every client interaction is efficient, professional, and impactful.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Prepare client meetings and follow-up action plans
- Process account openings, transfers, redemptions, and updates
- Respond to client inquiries and manage appointment scheduling
- Ensure compliance with OSC requirements in all client records
- Maintain and optimize CRM data
- Support marketing and prospecting activities
- Handle general office administration and correspondence

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum **2 years’ experience** in financial services or related field
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Excellent communication and client service skills
- Tech-savvy; CRM experience preferred
- CSC designation or willingness to pursue it is a strong asset
- Professional, reliable, and proactive mindset

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
