High Five Exterior Cleaning is a high-end exterior cleaning and maintenance company servicing primarily Langley, Surrey, Abbotsford and Maple Ridge. We offer top-notch service and workmanship to residential and strata clients. We have a great team of hard working employees with positive attitudes. Our employees mostly work regular hours M-F 8:00-4:30pm, and for those who are interested, we have overtime opportunities at time-and-a-half.

**Job description**

High Five Exterior Cleaning is currently looking for an exterior cleaning technician to join our team. We are looking for a Rockstar employee, and are willing to pay the right applicant very well. Most new hires start off as Junior technicians making $23-$27 per hour. We want to hire someone who wants to stay with us year-round, long term and move up to a Foreman role which can pay up to $32 per hour after two years with us. Experience working with a 32' ladder and/or working on 2-3 story roofs is an asset but is not required. Comprehensive training will be provided.

**Responsibilities**:

- Providing the following list of services to our residential and commercial clients: Pressure Washing, Window Washing, Roof Cleaning, Gutter Cleaning, House Washing, Christmas Light Installation.
- Working from ladders as tall as 32' (and occasionally 40').
- Working on residential roofs while using a safety harness.
- Interacting in a polite and pleasant manner with clients.
- Staying organized, and taking care of company equipment, a company vehicle, and the client's property.
- Training other technicians
- Ensuring your crew completes jobs on schedule and on budget.
- You will occasionally be required to work Saturdays or to stay as late to finish a job.

**Looking for applicants who**:

- Are hard-working, and physically fit as labour work is physically demanding.
- Have a positive attitude, and want to enjoy their work.
- Clean cut, presentable, and trustworthy.
- Have great attention to detail.
- Are comfortable with heights, including working on tall ladders, and from roof tops with a harness.
- Has either manual labour work expereince, or has played high level sports.
- Are self-motivated.
- Have a valid BC driver's license and a good driving record.
- Live in Langley or near Langley.
