Job Title: Maintenance Technician

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as a y Maintenance Technician. This role requires expertise in the below areas:
1. **Property Maintenance**: Perform a variety of property maintenance tasks including landscaping, pressure washing, painting, and basic construction cleanup to ensure the upkeep and aesthetics of the property.

2. **Handyman Skills**: Utilize basic tools and equipment proficiently to complete assigned tasks such as repairing fixtures, replacing hardware, and addressing minor plumbing or electrical issues.

3. **Landscaping and Groundskeeping**: Maintain outdoor areas by mowing lawns, trimming hedges, planting flowers, and ensuring proper irrigation to enhance the overall appearance of the property.

4. **Pressure Washing**: Operate pressure washing equipment to clean exterior surfaces such as sidewalks, driveways, fences, and building facades, removing dirt, grime, and debris effectively.

6. **Basic Construction Cleanup**: Conduct routine cleanup of construction sites by removing debris, sweeping floors, and organizing materials to maintain a safe and orderly work environment.

7. **Safety Compliance**: Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines while performing maintenance tasks, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and ensuring the safety of oneself and others on the job site.

8. **Physical Requirements**:Capable of lifting and carrying heavy objects, Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions, Ability to climb ladders and perform tasks at heights.

**Qualifications**:

- **Technical Skills**:

- Experience in low voltage wiring systems, including networking, CAT5, CAT6, and alarm wiring.
- Familiarity with relevant tools and equipment used in the installation and maintenance of low voltage systems.
- **Certifications & License**:

- Relevant certifications or licenses in low voltage wiring may be advantageous.
- Valid Driver's license would be an asset
