**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling machines, to produce parts according to specifications.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for machining tasks as needed.
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with team members to implement lean manufacturing practices for improved efficiency.
- Conduct quality checks using calipers and other measuring instruments to ensure adherence to specifications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the machining process.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with Fanuc controls is preferred.
- Familiarity with Haas Controls is preferred.
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
- Proficiency in using calipers, gauges, and other measuring tools.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications in machining is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $24.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
