As an **Edgebander/CNC Operator/Cabinet Maker** at Creative Woodcraft, you’ll play a key role in producing precision-built cabinetry that meets our high standards of quality and craftsmanship. You’ll work with advanced machinery, ensuring efficient production and top-tier finishes while contributing to a strong, collaborative team.

This position is ideal for someone who is:
**Detail-oriented** - ensures precision and quality in every cut and edge.
**Technically skilled** - comfortable operating CNC machines and edgebanders.
**Physically fit**- able to handle materials safely and efficiently.
**A team player**- brings a great attitude and works well with others.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Operating SCM CNC and Edge Bander daily to produce precision cabinetry components.
- Performing routine maintenance to keep machines running efficiently.
- Reading and interpreting floor plans to ensure accurate production.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving on the fly to keep workflows smooth.
- Conducting quality control checks on sheet goods and finished parts.
- Organizing and maintaining the raw materials storage area for efficiency.
- Working at a fast pace while upholding our high standards of quality.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- Dedication to continuous improvement and Lean principles.
- Attention to Detail - ensures precision in every cut, edge, and finish.
- Punctual, reliable and flexible with working some overtime when necessary
- Hand Tool Proficiency - comfortable working with hand and pneumatic tools safely and efficiently.
- Measurement Skills - able to read and work with both Imperial and Metric units.
- Technical Knowledge - familiarity with CNC machines is an asset.
- Mechanical Aptitude - able to troubleshoot and maintain equipment.
- Adaptability - thrives in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physical Capability - able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Equipment Experience - forklift operation experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
