**What you'll be doing**:

- Assemble and build high-quality custom cabinetry, furniture pieces, mantels, and other millwork.
- Construct custom components from solid wood, ensuring precision and craftsmanship.
- Read and interpret layouts, measurements, and technical drawings accurately.
- Work with hand and pneumatic tools to assemble cabinets, install hardware, and complete finishing details.
- Maintain a lean and organized workspace, focusing on efficiency and waste reduction.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance quality and workflow.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a clean and secure working environment.

**What you'll bring to the team**:

- 3 years of custom millwork experience.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles and a commitment to efficiency.
- Ability to read blueprints, take precise measurements, and assemble components accurately.
- Skilled in using hand tools, pneumatic tools, and woodworking machinery.
- A team player with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing quality.
- First Aid Certificate is an asset.
- Physically capable of lifting, assembling, and maneuvering cabinetry safely.
