**Position Highlights**:
As a
** Contract Performance Specialist **you will support the development, implementation and review of performance metrics, analytics, and related indicators in all contract management and performance business streams. In addition, you will ensure the initiatives identified by the Contract Management Office relating to contract administration and contractor performance are clearly monitored during the contract life cycle.

**Build on your education and career experience as you**:

- Uses software to support the development of indicators, implementation and review of performance metrics and related indicators in all contract management and performance business streams.
- Monitors contracts throughout their life cycle; develops and implements corrective actions in process and/or contract changes to mitigate variances regarding operational and performance standards.
- Ensures contract performance accountability and service provider compliance to contract terms are met through the oversight, monitoring and analysis of key performance indicator information.
- Represents Contract and Supply management on various internal & external projects; participates on committees regarding service contracts; liaises with service providers as required.
- Monitors activities and performs variance analysis to identify activity anomalies; performs corrective action as required; identifies efficiencies and promotes optimal use of available resources; provides recommendations on current and future service program adjustments.

**Are you passionate about joining our team? We will be looking for you to have**:

- A level of education, training and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in a related discipline such as Health Administration or Business Administration, Contract Management, Operations Management
- Three (3) to five (5) years' recent related experience in contract management, negotiation and contract execution, preferably in public sector.

An equivalent combination of education, training and experience may be acceptable.

**This is a Full Time position, based at our Central City office in Surrey, BC.**
