We’re looking for a Program Manager who will deliver highly effective data driven campaigns on time for a variety of markets. Acting as the primary account contact, this individual will liaise with clients, agencies and internal departments from start to finish on all projects.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Work with Account Executives providing them with key support with administrative tasks, planning out new projects or orders for customers assigned. Heavily involved in the business development activities on the accounts managed. Able to negotiate on new business with the client directly if required.
- Lead client activities related to the management of projects. Handle client inquiries and execute on kitting/fulfillment projects, print, production, estimating, inventory, client deliverables and general inquiries, project budgets, leads in identifying issues and creates solutions.
- Independently able to translate client business requirements into technical specifications and be able to lead those conversations with internal departments in the promotion of client solutions.
- Create work back schedules, managing all aspects of production, and following up with job analyses after completion as needed.
- Interpret and create instructions for various internal teams, quality control all print proofs, finalize assembled signage and displays, review audits and coordinate data file transfers.
- Establish and maintain quality control standards and check points to ensure work is completed according to standards and customer specifications.
- Run reports and analyze inventory to make effective recommendations for replenishment.
- Other duties as assigned.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 5+ years of experience in print production and business communications.
- Background in retail print management, knowledge of substrates, signage & installation is preferred, with a strong understanding in offset and digital print specifications, with knowledge in display finishing.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong desire to succeed and a sense of ownership and accountability.
- A good eye for detail, ability to remain calm in the midst of chaos and a passion for delivering great work and meaningful results.
- Able to manage concurrent deliverables and tasks on various projects (or components of a project) within strict deadlines in a very fast paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills, writing and communication skills and time management skills.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook. Previous experience using ERP type software and knowledge of Graphics software is a strong asset.
