The Club at North Halton is hiring for the autumn and winter.

The Club is a private full equity Club offering a challenging 18 hole, par 72 golf course that is admired for its scenery, landscape, and design. North Halton's beautifully landscaped grounds incorporate the natural beauty of our tree-lined fairways, wooded ravines, and natural foliage all set in the majestic valley of Georgetown. The Club is a full-faceted year-round facility with four sheets of curling ice to support an active curling program. The club offers golfers, curlers and social members year-round access to one of the finest dining experiences in Georgetown.

Job Requirements:
× Cook in different areas of the kitchen

× Standing for long periods

× Preparation of foods for a la carte dining and banquets

× Prior experience an asset.

× General cleanliness

× Ensuring systems and standards compliance

× Required to be available for all shifts (opening, closing, mid-shifts, weekends)

× Following all of North Halton’s policies and procedures reliably

**Summary**

As an Experienced Line Cook, you will be essential in delivering high-quality meals in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Reporting to the Head Chef, your core skills in food preparation, cooking, and food safety will ensure that each dish meets our standards of excellence. Your background in the food industry and restaurant experience will enable you to thrive in our kitchen, collaborating with team members to maintain efficiency and quality. **Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to restaurant standards and recipes.
- Ensure all food is handled and stored safely to maintain quality and prevent contamination.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
- Assist in inventory management and food ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while working in the kitchen.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 33 - 44 per week
