**Role Overview**:
As a **Junior Data Analyst (AI Focused)** at Strato Automation, you’ll be at the forefront of data analysis, collaborating with machine learning and AI experts to generate actionable insights. You will assist in gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data to help train and optimize AI models, and ensure that the company’s products deliver cutting-edge, data-driven results for our clients. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze and interpret data to support AI model development and optimization.
- Work with AI engineers to prepare data for machine learning models and algorithms.
- Clean, transform, and validate data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Assist in building reports and dashboards to track AI model performance and business outcomes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and help translate them into actionable data solutions.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform AI-driven solutions.
- Monitor and maintain the quality of data used in AI projects, ensuring it meets required standards.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in AI, data science, and machine learning.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of machine learning, data analysis, and AI technologies.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar data analysis languages.
- Familiarity with AI/ML tools and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a passion for working with data.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner.
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.59-$28.35 per hour

Expected hours: 48 per week
