As a Rentals Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our mission to deliver exceptional service and maintain our stellar reputation in the industry. You will collaborate with a highly trained sales team dedicated to building strong relationships and driving business growth while ensuring our customers receive unmatched service and rapid turnaround times. Your expertise will contribute to our hands-on approach in providing onsite calibrations, troubleshooting, and repairs, further enhancing our client interactions with cutting-edge machinery from diverse industries.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate the rental of calibration and repair equipment to customers throughout Western Canada.
- Manage rental agreements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers inquiring about rental services, addressing questions and concerns promptly.
- Monitor inventory levels of rental equipment and ensure timely maintenance and updates are performed as needed.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for rental services that could enhance customer satisfaction and business growth.
- Prepare and maintain rental documentation, including contracts, invoices, and equipment tracking.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies for rental services to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a rentals coordination or similar role, preferably in the business supplies or equipment industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills to effectively manage rental operations and customer inquiries.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with customers and team members effectively.
- Familiarity with calibration equipment and services is a plus, but not mandatory; willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
