Working with us means working with the latest technologies and groundbreaking, sustainable innovations. **Join us on our journey for a better tomorrow.** - Creating reservations and rentals in the system along with the paper to go along with it. - Researching and locating equipment for the salespeople as needed. - Assisting with AR (Accounts Receivable) and following up with customer’s past due invoices. - Assisting with creating purchasing orders for vendors and helping to process invoices. - Maintain and update expiring rental contract return dates as needed. - Support with Logistic arrangements. **Location**: This position is located in **Acheson, AB (Edmonton)**and will report to the **Customer Service Manager**. **Experience Requirements**: Minimum one year of experience in customer service, sales, and/or rental business. **Education Requirements**: High school degree or equivalent required. **Physical Requirements**: Able to lift and carry up to 25 lbs., bend, stoop, squat, reach, crouch, kneel. **Knowledge**: Effective verbal skills, selling practices and techniques. Knowledge on applicable Atlas Copco Rental equipment is required. Excellent customer service skills and effective verbal and written communication skills are required.
