As a lead, you will be running your own site (bathrooms are most common) and will have the support of an apprentice or labourer, and from our Project Manager and office team. - You will be able to delegate (or teach) tasks to others on the team with less experience - and you will also be working/coordinating with our sub-trades (plumbing/electrical, etc); - Communication with clients on-site & ensuring the office team is also kept up-to-date & aware of any issues/changes, etc. - And absolutely taking pride in your work - we don't cut corners. If we don't know something, we figure it out TOGETHER. - We strive to have engaging monthly team meetings with everyone, which includes in-services, roundtables & mostly a social BBQ ;) **You will need**: - A valid driver’s licence - To be physically able to work in inaccessible homes & ability to lift/transport heavy equipment or products as needed - To be following all public health guidance - Be willing to get a _Police Record Check - Vulnerable Sector_ upon hire (we work with car accident survivors, people who live with disabilities, those with illnesses such ALS or MS, and the elderly) **Don't have time to put a resume together?
