Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw Companies Limited pharmacies are transitioning to our enterprise pharmacy dispensing system known as New HealthWATCH. The Rollout Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all store readiness parameters which includes the installation of hardware, store contacts, store readiness checklists, and training have been met and the store is ready to go live for the launch of the Program Delta.

**We are hiring a Pharmacy Rollout Specialist
**What You'll Do**:

- Contact stores approximately 1 week before Go-Live date to ensure all store readiness parameters (assignment of hardware, store contacts, store readiness checklists, training, etc.) have been met and store is ready to go live
- Provide remote or in-store support on the New HealthWATCH system and other pharmacy software (MMS, Accuro EMR, FreedomRx, etc.)
- Identify opportunities of improvement and provide guidance on new pharmacy workflow
- Liaison with Pharmacy Enhanced Support, IT, Rx Operations, Regional, and Corporate Personnel as required
- Assist in testing new releases as required
- Document experience and outstanding issues that arise
- Complete Go Live documentation and forward to Deployment Manager on a weekly basis
- Cross-collaboration with other internal teams in the pharmacy department for further experience and opportunity
- Assist in training for future Pharmacy Rollout Specialists
- Other projects/duties as assigned

**What You'll Need**:

- Individual must be detail-oriented
- Must take initiative and be able to work with little supervision
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional, enthusiastic, dependable, and flexible
- Ability to work flexible hours (including evenings and weekends) and within a fast-paced and demanding schedule
- Valid Driver’s License Required
- This role requires availability to travel and work last minute travel assignments (80-100% of the role involves travelling across Canada).
- 1-2 years Shoppers Drug Mart/HealthWATCH experience preferred
- Experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or Pharmacy Technician preferred
- Knowledge of retail pharmacy workflow preferred
- Previous coaching or training experience preferred
