Shoppers Drug Mart and Loblaw Companies Limited pharmacies are transitioning to our enterprise pharmacy dispensing system known as New HealthWATCH. The Rollout Specialist will be responsible for ensuring all store readiness parameters which includes the installation of hardware, store contacts, store readiness checklists, and training have been met and the store is ready to go live for the launch of the Program Delta.

We help ensure Shoppers remains a leader in retail pharmacy, innovating new product and service offerings on a national and provincial stage, setting strategy, taking smart risks and responsibility for our recommendations, and getting things done. **We are hiring a Pharmacy Rollout Specialist**

**What You'll Do**:

- Contact stores approximately 1 week before Go-Live date to ensure all store readiness parameters (assignment of hardware, store contacts, store readiness checklists, training, etc.) have been met and store is ready to go live
- Provide remote or in-store support on the New HealthWATCH system and other pharmacy software (MMS, Accuro EMR, FreedomRx, etc.)
- Identify opportunities of improvement and provide guidance on new pharmacy workflow
- Liaison with Pharmacy Enhanced Support, IT, Rx Operations, Regional, and Corporate Personnel as re
