Position Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Outside Sales Representative / Home Comfort Advisor to join our Calgary team. In this role, you’ll help customers find the perfect heating and cooling solutions for their homes while delivering an outstanding experience from start to finish. If you’re someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and loves building relationships, we’d love to meet you **Key Responsibilities**: - Sell HVAC products and services to new and existing clients. - Follow up on leads and referrals from field activity, website inquiries, and service team referrals. - Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales contracts with confidence. - Assess home installations, providing detailed technical specs for install teams. - Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and quality checks. - Address and resolve client concerns to ensure every customer has a remarkable experience. Qualifications: - 3-5 years of sales experience (HVAC experience preferred, but not required). - A gas fitter or refrigeration ticket is a bonus - A valid Driver’s License with a clean driving record. - A can-do attitude, ready to take on multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent customer service skills and the ability to build lasting relationships. - Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high volume of sales leads. **What We Offer**: - A generous commission structure with top performers earning $150,000+ per year. - An exceptional work culture where your contributions are truly valued. - Health benefits and support for your well-being. - Most appointments and leads provided by the company (with some self-generation required). - Opportunities for growth and development within a rapidly expanding company.
