**Job Description**:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced individual to fill the role of Bilingual Customer Service Representative
The Customer Service Representative is responsible for working hand-in-hand with Branch Managers, Shippers, and Technicians to execute best-in-class customer service.
What you will do:
The Customer Service Representative assists all in-store activities to accommodate high traffic demands for the Milwaukee Factory Service Centers.
In this position, the Customer Service Representative will:
- Deliver best-in-class service to our customers- Perform counter procedures including answering phones, placing orders, logging in tools, complete inventory counts, and assisting walk-in customer traffic.- Maintain monetary transactions, record maintenance, and assist with additional showroom activities.- Prioritize in-branch repairs- Conduct warranty assessments and instant tool replacements- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge
