Inside Sales/customer Service Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
Order Entry: Accurately enter customer orders into the system, ensuring all details are correct and complete.

Client Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between clients and the plant, addressing any questions or concerns related to orders and delivery timelines.

Payment Processing: Process all credit card transactions, including up-to-date sales orders, past due invoices, and accepting calls to pay invoices. Ensure all payment information is handled securely and efficiently.

Cash Receipts: Process cash receipts, ensuring accurate recording and reconciliation of payments.

Filing and Documentation: Organize and maintain customer files, ensuring that all documentation is up to date and easily accessible.

Invoicing: Prepare and issue invoices to customers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Building Relationships: Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects to foster trust and loyalty.

Customer Support: Assisting clients with inquiries, product issues, or order processing.

Lead Generation: Identifying potential customers through research, networking, and referrals.

Assisting outside sales in various functions as sales support liaison

**Qualifications**:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in customer service or business administration is a plus.

Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and experience with order management software.

Strong bilingual (French and English) communication skills, both written and verbal.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
