**Trestle Creek Golf Resort Ltd is looking for a full time Grill Cook to join our team in Parkland County, AB.**

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook from scratch menu items. Use a variety of skills and methods, including observation, cooking techniques, sanitation and quality control.
- Work under the chef to assist with the preparation of food. Assist with the preparation of side dishes, salads and desserts.
- Maintain a clean work area, including removing used kitchen utensils and plates. Cleaning the kitchen area, including removing used kitchen utensils and plates. - Be knowledgeable about the menu and able to suggest new menu items.
- Work with a team to complete tasks as assigned.
- Maintain a positive attitude toward all staff members and guests.

**Required Skills**:

- A minimum of one year experience in a similar role
- Experience in the food service industry preferred
- Must be able to follow instructions without supervision or be able to learn quickly
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work well with others as part of a team or as part of a guest-oriented service-driven restaurant buffet operation
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to follow sanitation procedures

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
