The purpose of this role is to follow recipes, chef guidance, SOPs, and safety regulations while ensuring cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the assigned station and kitchen, and delivering high-quality, properly served food and beverage productsFollow recipesand instructions to prep and cook meals in large/small quantities. Understand food sanitation, First in First Out (FIFO) and food storage. Learn and receive training to develop technique. Prioritize job duties based on importance. General knife skills.
