- Working to the core values and operational standards of the Old House Hotel & Spa, and as a key member of the Ohspa Team, we're looking for a passionate Spa Experience Coordinator to contribute to the success of the business. This position requires someone who is hospitable, friendly, and outgoing with a focus on guest service.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Be confident in managing a multi -line telephone system.
- A solid knowledge or the ability to learn and understand the Insight Salon and Spa Software
- Be knowledgeable about all aspects of Spa treatments and the facility and monitor inventory levels
- Aid in spa’s product sales goals
- Provide guest with exceptional customer service
- Assist in general cleanliness and spa and treatment rooms
- Act as an ambassador for the hotel and spa
- Ability to explain various treatments/services to our guest clearly and knowledgably.
- Team player and proactively looks for ways to enhance the level of service provided to internal customers;
- Ability to maintain strict confidences.
- Proven warm and sincere verbal communication skills.
- Effective communication capabilities demonstrating sound judgment.
- Ability to respond to questions from clients and guests offering appropriate options or resolutions.
- Strong personal integrity with an innate desire to work in an ethical manner.
- Detail oriented, strong organizational skills and able to handle multiple priorities.
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, nights, weekends and holidays.Preferred Education & Qualifications:

- Proficiency with MS word, excel, and the Internet,
- Accuracy with data entry
- Ability to demonstrate excellent phone etiquette
- Effective organizational skills
- Ability to multi task in a fast paced environment
- Desire to interact with a diverse group of employees and guests
- Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills
- Knowledge of Eminence Organic Skin Care an asset
