**Position: Jr. Strata Property Manager**
**Location**:9440 202nd Street, Langley, B.C.
Quay Pacific Property Management Ltd. is a locally owned and operated company that has provided property management services to the lower mainland for over 20 years. We are seeking a **Jr. Strata Property Manager** for our **Langley office** who will contribute to Quay Pacific's commitment to excellence by working with councils to maintain multi-million-dollar real estate assets.
**Job Requirements & Qualifications**:
- **MUST POSSESS A BCFSA LICENSE TO PROVIDE STRATA MANAGEMENT SERVICES**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a strata management role
- A BCFSA License to provide rental property management services is an asset
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and in a team environment
- Fast learner and driven by self-improvement
- Demonstrate superior client service skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong command of the English language
- Have excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient with office software including: Word & Excel
- BC Driver’s License and a licensed vehicle
**Responsibilities**:
- Manage the work of trades and maintenance personnel
- Able to understand and present a financial position to council members
- Effectively manage owner requests and queries as directed by council
- Suggest service requirements to clients, and develop property maintenance plans
- Coordinate with strata manager assistants and property accountants
Our portfolio consists of properties in Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Surrey, Langley and the Tri-Cities.
Competitive salary offered based on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, benefits include: medical, dental and LTD, as well as training and development allowances. This position is Full-Time, with office operating hours being Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

**Experience**:
- strata management: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- BCFSA Strata Management license (required)
- BC driver's license with licensed vehicle (required)
